Hi My name is Karen Binkhorst and I have been the owner, chief cook and bottle-washer for Home Meals with Karen my personal chef and catering company since 1997. I love to cook but I really love to help folks have the healtiest, tastiest, and most satisfying meals possible.

This is the way my business works. I do an interview with you, over the phone, to find out what you like to eat, what you don’t like to eat, and if you have any allergies or other food issues. Then I create meals and menus tailored just for you. So if you don’t like fish or you like your vegetables minced up tiny or even if you don’t like vegetable at all, that’s what I make for you.
